Terms & Conditions

Please read our travel terms carefully before your journey.

  1. Please check-in 15 minutes before the departure time.
  2. Check-In with this ticket and your valid travel document registered when booking.
  3. Passports must have minimum 6-month validity period throughout the entire journey.
  4. The traveller must have valid visas for all countries.
  5. Tickets sold are not-refundable and cannot be changed to other destinations.
  6. In the event of vehicle breakdown, Luxury Coach Service reserves the right to change the vehicle to another model and seating capacity and there shall be no claim or compensation whatsoever.
  7. Please be advised that while we strive to accommodate your seat preferences, seat assignments may be subject to change.
  8. Luxury Coach Service shall not be held responsible for delay in journey to final destination in the event of coach breakdown or traffic jam.
  9. Luxury Coach Service shall not be held responsible for loss of damages to your personal belongings during the journey.
  10. An account is required to securely manage bookings, access vouchers, and process payments. By completing a booking as a guest, an account will be automatically created using the contact details provided. A welcome email with your account credentials will be sent to the email address entered. If an account with the provided email address already exists, the booking will be associated with that existing account.

Membership

Points Expiry Policy

  • Two-Year Validity: Points earned in a calendar year remain valid until 31 December of the following year. Any points that are not redeemed by then will expire automatically.
  • Account Deactivation: All accumulated points will be forfeited if your account remains inactive for three (3) consecutive years.
  • Bonus & Promotional Points: Points awarded through special promotions or campaigns may have a shorter validity period, subject to the specific promotion's terms and conditions.

Example: If you earn points in 2025, they will remain valid until 31 December 2026. Any unused points after that date will expire.
