Booking

You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email address once payment is received In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please call us immediately at 6732 4498.

No. Be at the pick up point 15 mins before the scheduled pick up time. Coach numbers will be advised via email/whatsapp 1 day before the tour/trip date

Baggage/Luggage

You can check-in your luggage by handing it over to our Coach Captain about 15 minutes before departure. Ensure your luggage is loaded onto the correct coach. For additional items like golf bags, baby strollers, or wheelchairs, please consult our Customer Support for approval.

Please avoid storing heat-sensitive items (e.g., lithium batteries) in your luggage. Do not bring prohibited items into your destination country. For more details, visit the relevant customs websites.

We allow one piece of hand-carried luggage not exceeding 30cm x 15cm x 10cm. Additionally, laptop/camera bags or shopping bags are permitted on board.

Each seat includes a complimentary checked-in baggage allowance of:

1 luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg, or
2 small cabin-sized luggages with a combined weight of 20kg.
For luggage exceeding 20kg, please contact our Support to purchase additional luggage space. Each luggage must not exceed 23kg. The cost is S$5 for trips.

We reserve the right to refuse luggage in the following cases:

1. Excess luggage beyond our storage capacity.
2. Luggage that is too large or heavy for our Coach Captain to handle.
3. Items deemed unsuitable for transport in our luggage compartment.
In such cases, we will refund the luggage purchase price, but not the coach ticket.

Changes and cancellation

Replacement is allowed. Identification details required

No refund for services unused. No refund for “NO SHOW” passengers

All tours will be conducted regardless of weather condition

No cancellation once booking is confirmed. No rebooking of date for “NO SHOW” passengers

Changes are allowed 48 hours before the trip with a surcharge of $10/pax for single trip and $15/pax for round trip.

There may be additional charges if the initial purchase was a promotional tickets.

All changes are subject to availability.

Journey

All passengers are requested to follow instructions given by the guide. Passengers are to be seated and belted up at all times when onboard the coach.

Depending on the trip you have selected, usually it will take about 5 to 6 hours when there is no traffic conditions. Traffic during peak periods such as weekends and holidays are very unpredictable.

Depending on your pick up points, there may be one to two more pick up points after your selected pick up.

SIN-MKZ & SIN-KL stopover will be in Ming Ang (30 mins).

MKZ-SIN stopover will be at Yong Peng R & R (15mins).
KL-SIN stopover will be at Pagoh (30 mins).
