- TOUR CONFIRMATION. You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email address once payment is received In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please call us immediately at 67324498
- TOUR CUT OFF DATE. 3 working days at 3pm before tour date
- PICK UP / DROP OFF. Tour will start and end at 100 Orchard Road, Concorde Hotel & Shopping Mall, Singapore 238840
* Option to pick up only from any one address in Singapore with a top of of S$ 20.00 per coach per way - VALIDITY. Tour prices are valid from 1 December 2020 to 31 December 2021
- PASSENGER DETAILS REQUIRED.
– Passenger’s full name
– Mobile numbers
– Gender
– Nationality (Kindly indicate if traveller holding EP, SP, WP and Long Term pass) - MEETUP INFORMATION.
– Be at the pick up point 30 mins before the scheduled pick up time
– Look for the guide holding a signage with the TOUR NAME
– Coach numbers will be advised via email 1 day before the tour date - TOUR CANCELLATION. No cancellation or change of date allowed once booking is confirmed. No rebooking of date for “NO SHOW” passengers
- REPLACEMENT PASSENGERS. Replacement is possible for the same day/same tour. Identification details required.
- REFUND. No refund for services unused. No refund for “NO SHOW” passengers
- WEATHER. All tours will be conducted regardless of weather condition.
- SAFE MEASURES DURING COVID PERIOD. All passengers must comply with the recommendation guidelines set by the relevant authorities including temperature taking, safe distancing onboard and during tour. No mingling and changing of seats onboard the coach.
- SAFETY GUIDELINES DURING TOUR. All passengers are requested to follow instructions given by the guide. Passengers are to be seated and belted up at all times when onboard the coach
