You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email address once payment is received In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please call us immediately at 6732 4498.
Minimum 1 day before
Passenger’s full name, Mobile numbers, Gender, Nationality (for workpass, long term pass holders)
No. Be at the pick up point 10 mins before the scheduled pick up time. Look for the guide holding a signage with the TOUR NAME. Coach numbers will be advised via email 1 day before the tour date
No cancellation or change of date allowed once booking is confirmed. No rebooking of date for “NO SHOW” passengers
Replacement is allowed. Identification details required
No refund for services unused. No refund for “NO SHOW” passengers
All tours will be conducted regardless of weather condition
All passengers must comply with the recommendation guidelines set by the relevant authorities including temperature taking, safe distancing onboard and during tour. No mingling and changing of seats onboard the coach
All passengers are requested to follow instructions given by the guide. Passengers are to be seated and belted up at all times when onboard the coach
